Rachel Cronin
Institutional Research Associate Institutional Research, Survey Research- Biography
Rachel Cronin joined the survey research team in the Office of Institutional Effectiveness (OIE) in 2017. In her role, she meets with internal and external stakeholders of GSU to help formulate survey questions, builds and launches surveys, and develops reports from the survey findings. In addition to her work with survey research, she assists with information architecture and content updates for the OIE department website. Rachel obtained her bachelor's degree in International Diplomacy at Kennesaw State University in 2014 and her master's degree in Public Health Policy at Georgia State University in 2021.
