Erik Lauffer serves as the Chief institutional Effectiveness Officer at Georgia State University. Erik has worked with higher education data systems in an institutional research and effectiveness capacity since 2003. He served as a member of the advisory board for the Consortium for Analysis of Student Success through International Education (CASSIE) from 2018 – 2020. He has presented at a number of regional and national conferences and served as a board member of DAMA-GA and helped to reestablish it as a data management professional organization in the greater Atlanta area. Erik received his Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems in 2002 from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Organizational Behavior from Georgia Tech in 2012.
